Throughout the week, daily sessions of meditation, breathwork, contemplation, and dialogue with Vijay Shyam will gently guide participants from the familiar grounding of body and breath into deeper layers of awareness. Step by step, each session builds on the understanding of the previous one, creating a natural flow of deepening insight. In this supportive setting, timeless questions—about happiness, peace, and the nature of self—become doorways to realizing a deeper wholeness beyond the shifting mind and body, opening the possibility of profound inner peace and connection to our true essence.

As our days together draw to a close, we gather in a quieter rhythm.
This final workshop is an invitation to pause and notice what has shifted… what feels steadier… what has come into clearer focus.
 
Through guided reflection and unhurried writing, you will consider what you are ready to release, what you want to protect, and how you wish to return home. There is space to share, or simply to sit in the presence of others.
 
We close gently and intentionally, so you leave not only rested, but aligned with what matters most.
