Whether you are experiencing burnout, questioning your pace of life, or simply longing for space to breathe, this week offers a gentle pause. You do not need prior experience in meditation or yoga. You simply need the willingness to step away from daily demands and reconnect with yourself.
Not at all. All sessions are beginner-friendly and entirely optional. This retreat is not about performance or perfection. It is about presence and personal reflection.
There will time to address everyone’s questions or challenges you might have about meditation.
No. Everything is optional. You are invited to participate in what feels aligned for you and to rest when you need to. This week is designed to support you, not to overwhelm you.
The retreat takes place in La Charente, in the peaceful French countryside, approximately 75–90 minutes from Bordeaux Airport.
You may fly directly into Bordeaux. Many guests, however, find it more affordable to fly into Paris or another major European city and then take a scenic train journey to Bordeaux. This often reduces airfare costs and offers a lovely way to experience more of France along the way.
The high-speed TGV train connects Paris to Bordeaux in approximately 2:15 hours.
There is another train option that connects Paris to Bordeaux in approximately 3:45 hours.
We offer complimentary pick-up from Bordeaux Airport, Bordeaux train station, or Chalais train station.
Your accommodation, three nourishing meals per day, daily meditation, workshops, yoga sessions, evening sharing circles, local excursions, tarot card readings, and a glass of wine at supper are included. Use of the pool and venue facilities is also included.
Some optional activities, such as massages or specific excursions, may have an additional cost.
Flights, travel insurance, personal purchases, certain optional activities, and lunches during day trips are not included.
This is a small, intimate retreat designed to foster meaningful connection and personal space. Group size is intentionally limited.
Absolutely. Many guests attend on their own. The retreat environment is warm, welcoming, and supportive.
We reserve accommodation by occupancy rather than specific rooms. Room arrangements are assigned thoughtfully. If you have special requests, we will do our best to accommodate them.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Due to advance commitments and planning, deposits and payments are non-refundable.
