What to know before you book

  • Complimentary pickup and drop-off at Bordeaux train station and/or Bordeaux Airport, with additional transfer options available from Chalais train station

  • Comfortable accommodation with Egyptian cotton sheets

  • Three nourishing meals per day

  • One glass of wine per person at supper (choice of white, red, or rosé)

  • Refreshments available throughout the day (tea, coffee, fruit, and biscuits)

  • Full use of the venue and its facilities (swimming pool, yoga equipment, bikes, Wi-Fi, etc.)

  • Fresh towel bundle (bath towel, pool towel when open, hand towel, and flannel) with a midweek towel refresh

  • Luxury shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel provided in all showers

  • Daily bathroom cleaning and studio swept and mopped

  • Assistance with small errands and guest requests

  • Welcome apéritif on the first evening

  • All meditation sessions and workshops

  • Tarot card readings (45 min per person) 

  • Transportation to Chalais market (Day 2)

  • Day trip to Saint-Émilion (Day 4), including wine tasting at a vineyard (lunch not included)

  • Transportation to Aubeterre-sur-Dronne (Day 6)

  • Farewell brunch on the final day

  • Flights and airport transfers

  • Travel insurance

  • Any “Special Treatments” offered at the retreat – Indian Head Massage, Back & Shoulders Massage, Reflexology and Reiki which are €50.00 for 30 minutes or €75.00 for 60 minutes.

  • Personal purchases at the local market (Day 2)

  • Lunch in Saint-Émilion (Day 4)

  • Optional activities in Aubeterre-sur-Dronne, including canoe/kayak rental (approx. €10/hour) and entrance to the Underground Cathedral (approx. €8)

  • Alcoholic beverages, aside from one glass of wine per person served with supper

  • Special diets like gluten free, dairy free, and vegan are charged at $25 per person per day. This is for the price of special ingredients (some of which we need to import) and to cover the cost of preparing separate meals.

We kindly encourage you to consider purchasing travel cancellation insurance at the time of booking, as unexpected circumstances can sometimes arise.

Please note that we are unable to provide refunds or discounts for late arrivals, early departures, flight cancellations, travel delays, illness, or personal changes of plans. Because many of our expenses are committed well in advance and are non-refundable, all deposits and payments are non-refundable.
